Setup:

To connect to Twilio, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token into the respective fields. These can be found in your Twilio dashboard.
  2. Input the Twilio Number you wish to send messages from.
  3. In the SMS for managers field, write the message that will be sent to managers upon new order notifications.
  4. Add phone numbers for managers who should receive notifications under 'SMS for the managers'.
  5. Toggle 'Active' to 'Enabled' when you’re ready to go live.
  6. Save your settings to activate the plugin.

Q: Where can I find my Twilio Account SID and Auth Token?
A: You can find these in your Twilio dashboard under the 'API Keys' section.

Q: Can I send different messages to different managers?
A: Currently, the same message is sent to all listed management numbers, but you can personalize the message for all recipients.

A: Notifications are typically sent within moments of the triggering event, ensuring swift communication.

Q: Is it possible to send notifications to international numbers?
A: Yes, as long as your Twilio account is set up for international messaging, you can enter international numbers in the designated format.
